Our refund and returns policy for 72 hours. If 72 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. A single online poll report that is purchased, can be returned and refunded within 72 hours. By doing so, you will lose the right to retain a copy of the report. You will not be eligible for future returns of single use or monthly access to our reports.
Our rationale is simple. If you buy your first report and don’t like what you receive, we will refund your money within 72 hours. If you choose to come back and purchase another report or sign up for monthly access to reports, you already know what you are buying and are not entitled to a refund. This is to eliminate individuals purchasing a report or monthly access, downloading the reports and then asking for a refund.
If your first purchase is a monthly membership where you have access to all of the reports for the last 30 days, you are entitled to download one report and still receive a 100% refund but lose the ability to retain or use the copy of the report. By asking for a refund, you will lose the ability to receive a refund on any single report purchases or monthly membership report access purchases. If you download more than one report, you are entitled to a refund, but prorated based on the number of reports you have downloaded. Each report after the first report will reduce the refund amount by the amount of a single report cost.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, or a record of your purchase on your account.
You must contact us requesting a refund. We will email you the instructions that must be followed. The instructions iinclude:
Email a copy of the reports back to us and delate them from your computer.
In the email, certify that you have deleted the reports and acknowledge you no longer have rights to view or use the reports that are attached.
Once your email is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
No exchanges of digital products are allowed.
